I am so sorry to hear of Kathy’s passing. Whenever I had to go to our Hardin Co. Education office for something, I enjoyed talking with her as she helped me so much in completing whatever paperwork to update my certification as needed. She was on top of whatever details and was so pleasant as we worked on it. I appreciated her so very much. She was a very dear lady.
