Allen D. Lease, 63, of Russia, Ohio and formerly of Kenton passed away on Sunday, July 12, 2020. He was born in Kenton on June 18, 1957 to the late James and Billie (Conover) Lease. He married Victoria R. Nutter on December 22, 1978 and she preceded him in death on October 6, 2006. Surviving are two daughters: Brandy (Shad) McGrath of Mt. Victory and Carri (Matt) Brunswick of Russia, OH. Mr. Lease is also survived by seven grandchildren: Devin (Delaney Bowers) McGrath, Shaylee McGrath, Regann McGrath, Sawyer Crossman, Anistyn Brunswick, Finnley Brunswick, and Emelia Brunswick; one great-grandchild, Vaeda McGrath; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, James David "JD" Lease. He loved being a grandpa to his grandchildren. Allen also enjoyed racing and working on race cars and watching sports. A funeral service will begin at 1:00pm on Friday, July 17, 2020 at the SCHINDEWOLF-STOUT-CRATES FUNERAL HOME where family will receive friends from 11:00am Friday until the time of service. Burial will follow in Grove Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made in memory of Allen to the American Cancer Society.
