Barbara Ann Minger, 69 of Kenton passed away peacefully at her residence on Saturday, August 29, 2020. She was born February 3, 1951 in Kenton, the daughter of Elda Eckles and John Kissling. Barbara is survived by her son, Wesley (Anna) Minger of Bellefontaine, Ohio, her mother, Elda Eckles of Kenton, sisters; Bonnie (Doug) Risner of Kenton, Betty (Tom) Forsythe of East Liberty and her companion for 32 years, Howard Connell and his children, Howard Connell, II and Heidi Connell both of Tennessee. She is also survived by her grandchildren; Samantha and Amanda Minger, Tierra and Brian Minger, Bailey Scott, Jenson Hess, Jahleal and Julian Cain, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Drucilla Minger and her brother, William Kissling and father, John Kissling. Barb was a longtime associate of Walmart in Kenton. She enjoyed the casino, watching TV, listening and dancing to music. A memorial service will begin at 1:00pm on Thursday, September 3, 2020 at the SCHINDEWOLF-STOUT-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, where the family will receive friends from 11:00am Thursday until the time of service.
