Harold Irwin Curtis, 96, of Kenton, passed away on Thursday, February 18, 2021 at Hardin Hills Nursing Home. He was born on March 12, 1924 to the late Harold Varker and Edna (Briant)Curtis in Dover, NJ. On April 27, 1957, he married Betty Jean Richards and she survives. Also surviving are two children, Kevin Scott (Dian) Curtis of Fort Wayne, IN and Carolyn Colleen (Brad) Dodge of Williamstown, OH; four grandchildren, Joshua H. Curtis of Fort Wayne, IN, Breanne (Darrin) Jackson of Granger, IN, Brandon (Madeline) Dodge of Fostoria, OH and Michelle McArdle of Ft. Wayne, IN; four great-grandchildren and a niece, Nancy Alliett of NC. Harold was also preceded in death by an infant grandson, Ethan Curtis Dodge and a sister, Marjorie Elaine Anderson. He worked as a design draftsman for the International Car Co. and was also employed part-time for the former Sohio and BP service stations. A private graveside service will be held for the family at Grove Cemetery. Memorials can be directed to Angels for the Elderly, Helping Hands Ministry or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
